March 10, 2024 - Wisdom from Jude - Pastor Michael Gantt

Pastor Michael Gantt set out to preach a message from the 25 verses of the Book of Jude but got stuck on the amazing promises found in the first verse of the book. Jude addressed his letter to those who are "called by God, sanctified by God, and preserved in Jesus Christ." That's as far as we got because of the depth of the rich truth found in this first verse of a little book tucked way in the back of the New Testament.

Prophesying the coming Messiah, Isaiah declares that Yeshua Jesus will wear zeal like a cloak. He will wrap himself in the zeal of the Lord. The prophet Jeremiah declared that the word of God is like a fire in his bones. The Lord declares, "The zeal of my Father's House has consumed me." Our goal is to pursue the work of the Holy Spirit to shake the church out of its apathy and clothe us with the Zeal of the Lord.

This is a challenging message that ought to change the way we live our lives.
